It is a Tiny House for two people, with the capacity for additional sleeping arrangements.

On the ground floor, at the back, is a bathroom composed of a shower and a toilet.

In the center, a small kitchen is equipped with storage under the sink.

The living room is unfurnished but offers great brightness through the two round windows located on either side of the room.

Access to the upper floor is by a ladder.

The mezzanine occupies the entire footprint of the Tiny House. This space is composed of a large double bed and a storage shelf.

The peripheral position of the numerous windows allows light to pass through and offers a panoramic view of the outdoors.

• Siding: Horizontally installed Aluminum siding 3 color choices (Brown RAL 7013, White RAL 9002, Dark Grey RAL 7043)

• Windows & Doors: Anthracite Grey PVC (Interior and Exterior color). Tilting and top-hung (awning) windows, 2 fixed-frame windows on the upper level, and a side-hung (English style) door. Double glazing, interior wood frame trim, and exterior black aluminum angle trim.

• Floor/Wall Structure: Fir - 45/95mm cross-section

• Insulation: Natural (Cotton/Linen/Hemp)

• Flooring: Solid Spruce parquet with a hardwax oil finish

• Interior Paneling: 10 mm thick Poplar plywood, hardwax oil finish

• Kitchen Countertop: 3-ply Spruce (oiled finish)

• Interior Fittings: Poplar Plywood – 3-ply Spruce – Solid Fir. A 3-ply Spruce pocket door provides access to the bathroom.

• Mezzanine Bedroom: Features a solid wood access ladder, a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with mattress and cover (2 color choices: ecru or storm grey), and an overhead storage shelf above the bed with two nightstands.

• Curtain Kit: For Kitchen, Living Room, and Bedroom windows (color matched to the mattress cover).
