Masquee

Masquee is a Tiny House for 4 to 6 people.

On the ground floor, at the back, there is a large bathroom composed of a shower, a sink with a storage cabinet underneath, and a toilet. In the center, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage. At the front, a living room features a U-shaped seating area with large storage chests underneath. A table in the middle can be lowered to form a large double bed.

Two ladders provide access to two independent bedrooms located in the mezzanine. Each bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a shelf.

The upstairs windows, symmetrical from one facade to the other, offer light, natural ventilation, and a panoramic view of the outdoors.

• Cladding: Horizontally installed Aluminum siding 3 color choices (Brown RAL 7013, White RAL 9002, Dark Grey RAL 7043)

• Joinery (Windows & Doors): Anthracite Grey PVC (same color inside and out). Tilting bull's-eye window, top-hung (awning) windows, and an English-style (side-hung) swing door. Double glazing, with interior wood frame trim and exterior black aluminum angle trim.

• Floor/Wall Structure: Fir - 45/95mm cross-section

• Insulation: Natural (Cotton/Linen/Hemp)

• Flooring: Solid Spruce parquet with a hardwax oil finish

• Interior Paneling: 10 mm thick Poplar plywood with a hardwax oil finish

• Kitchen Countertop: 3-ply Spruce (oiled finish)

• Interior Fittings: Poplar plywood – 3-ply Spruce – Solid Fir. A 3-ply Spruce pocket door for bathroom access.

• Living Room: Features a U-shaped seating area with foam cushions and backrests with covers (2 color choices: ecru or storm grey), a 3-ply spruce table with an oiled finish. The entire set converts into a 120x200 cm bed.

• 2 Mezzanines, each equipped with: a shelf and a 140x220 cm bed, 1 Fir ladder, and 1 hinged hatch.

• Curtain Kit: For Kitchen and Bedroom openings (color matched to cushion and mattress covers).
