Lapone
Lapone is a Tiny House built on site, with a « Binocles » appearance.
Its facades feature two large symmetrical eyes, bringing light inside and an unmatched view on the outside.
Its arched roof brings a certain allure, softness and warmth, while maintaining a roomy cabin. Similar to the owl after which it was named, it is particularly long.
The large symmetrical portholes on each facade, letting the sun shine in, take us into a journey and offer to each and every one the opportunity to enjoy fully a « Binocles » space.
Lapone is a Tiny Binocles for 2 to 4 people.
At the front is a large living space, that can transform into a large bed with plenty of storage compartments under the seats. This living room benefits from an outstanding amount of space. The arch ceiling runs from one end to the other, leaving us with an impression of comfort equal to the larger Binocles.
At the centre is a fully equipped kitchen with many storage cabinets.
On the side will be found a bathroom consisting of a shower, a sink and lavatories.
At the back, Lapone has a fully independent bedroom with plenty of storage spaces and a large double bed.
To dwell in a Lapone brings an everyday comfort in a 8.4 meters long house built on site.
Lapone is a « Binocles » style small house, inside as well as outside.
Just as the other Binocles, its layout is fully modular. The use of sustainable materials is at the heart of the building process. Hand-made, Lapone is the answer to every project and budget.

- Floor/Wall structure: Fir - Section 45/95mm
- Interior facing: Poplar plywood 10 mm thick, oil wax finish.
- Kitchen worktop: 3-ply spruce (oiled finish)
- Interior fittings: Poplar plywood - 3-ply Spruce - solid Fir. 3-ply Spruce hinged door for bathroom access.
- Living room: Composed of a seating area with foam cushions and backs with covers, a 3-ply spruce table with oiled finish, all convertible into a 140x200 cm bed.
- Curtain kit for kitchen, living room and bedroom openings.

- General lighting: Led spotlights recessed in ceiling, 1 pendant lamp in living room, 2 wall lamps in sitting area, 2 reading lamps reading lamps in bedroom

- Heating: 1 radiant 2000W electric radiator in living room, 1 radiant electric heater 1000W in bedroom and 1 towel dryer 500W towel dryer in bathroom.

- Kitchen: 1-vessel round stainless steel sink and swan-neck mixer tap
- Bathroom: 1-vessel round stainless-steel sink with swan-neck mixer tap. Shower 80x80 cm with extra-flat tray and shower door. Toilet dry.
- Technical equipment: 65-liter electric water heater.
